With the new Model 77 Blue Spot, J.W. Speaker introduces the next evolutionary step in the original Blue Spot warning light. Many years ago, J.W. Speaker, in collaboration with J.Führ, developed the first Blue Spot, which is now used worldwide on industrial trucks and other mobile machinery. Model 77 continues this success story as the third generation of the original.
More compact, lighter, simpler
The focus of this new development was on a more compact design, reduced weight, and simplified construction. The new model features modern single-lens optics that project a clearly defined and highly visible warning symbol in front of the vehicle. At the same time, it retains the proven warning effectiveness that operators and drivers have relied on for years.
The Model 77 also offers advantages when it comes to installation. Thanks to its flatter housing, the headlight can be integrated even more easily into many vehicles. The robust design, with IP67 and IP69K protection ratings, continues to ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
Proven Safety – Consistently Refined
For many years, the Blue Spot has been one of the established visual warning systems in internal material handling. By projecting a highly visible blue light spot in front of the vehicle, pedestrians are alerted early to approaching vehicles—especially in areas with limited visibility, at intersections, or when exiting aisles.
With the Model 77, J.W. Speaker is consistently continuing this success story and offering a modern evolution of the original, which J.Führ brought to market from the very beginning and established in Europe.
