Evo-X:
One plattform for (almost) every standard
When it comes to retrofitting headlights, there are only a handful of common form factors. Four of the most important standard sizes are 5.75″, 7″, 4×6″ or 5×7″. But these form factors are not limited to retrofit applications. They are also widely used for modern combination headlights.
Until now, each form factor often required its own technical solution. This increased development effort and resulted in a wide range of different product platforms. With the new EVO-X family, J.W. Speaker is taking a different approach.
Four standard formats – one light module
At the heart of every headlight in the EVO-X family is the newly developed lighting module. It delivers a bright and homogeneous low beam as well as a long-range high beam. The 5-in-1 version adds daytime running light, front position light and turn signal functions.
Depending on the model, the same platform is available in four different standard form factors:
- 7″ round: Model 8700 Evo-X
- 5.75″ round: Model 8600 Evo-X
- 4×6″: Model 8800 Evo-X
- 5×7″: Model 8900 Evo-X
Whichever size your application requires, you benefit from the same high-quality lighting performance. And because the mounting dimensions correspond to established industry standards, existing headlights can be replaced in many vehicles without extensive modifications.
Beam patterns are available for both right-hand and left-hand traffic.
Engineered for outstanding visibility
J.W. Speaker has completely redesigned the optical system. The result is an exceptionally homogeneous beam pattern with even illumination of the roadway.
Instead of isolated bright spots, the EVO-X family creates a broad, smooth distribution of light that also improves visibility towards the edges of the beam. At the same time, distracting colour variations within the beam pattern are significantly reduced.
Modern
The distinctive light signature gives vehicles a modern, premium appearance. At the same time, the EVO-X family delivers the robustness and durability J.W. Speaker has been known for for decades.
Attractive
The price-performance ratio is hard to beat. State-of-the-art LED lighting technology does not have to come at a premium price. The EVO-X family combines powerful lighting performance, straightforward retrofitting and cost efficiency in one compelling package.

All four standard formats are based on one common technical platform. This not only simplifies the product family but also opens up new possibilities for customised vehicle solutions in the future.
Options, options, options
Every model in the EVO-X family is available in a range of configurations. Black or chrome bezel, heated front lens or standard lens, full 5-in-1 functionality or simply combined low and high beam… You choose the configuration that fits your application and requirements.
