EcoVadis 2026: Advancing sustainability in a measurable way
published on 4. May 2026
Today, sustainability can no longer be defined by individual measures alone. What really matters is how systematically it is embedded within a company and how transparently progress can be demonstrated. EcoVadis provides a structured framework for exactly that.
In the latest rating, we were able to improve our results:
» 73 out of 100 points
» Top 15 % worldwide
» Silver medal
Last year, we achieved 67 points (Bronze).
This progress is primarily the result of making sustainability more structured, measurable and transparent across our organization.
What EcoVadis evaluates
EcoVadis is one of the world’s leading sustainability platforms. Companies are assessed across four key areas:
» Environment
» Labor and human rights
» Ethics
» Sustainable procurement
The focus is not only on individual actions but above all on structures, processes and their verifiability.
Our results in detail
In the current rating, we achieved stable – and in some areas improved – results across all four categories:
» Environment: 75/100
» Labor and human rights: 75/100
» Ethics: 71/100
» Sustainable Procurement: 71/100
These results reflect that sustainability is not treated as an isolated topic within our company but is integrated throughout the entire value chain.
What has changed in pracrice
The improvement from 67 to 73 points is no coincidence, but the result of targeted development.
A key focus was on structuring existing measures more clearly, making them measurable, and documenting them systematically.
This includes, among other things:
- further development of our environmental management system with clearly defined KPIs and targets
- systematic tracking of energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and waste volumes as a basis for control and improvement
- concrete measures to reduce energy consumption and emissions, such as LED upgrades and the use of renewable energy
- expansion of sustainable procurement processes and supplier evaluations
- and stronger integration of policies, training, and monitoring in the areas of ethics and social responsibility
At the same time, internal processes and responsibilities have been further refined to ensure that sustainability is not only implemented, but actively managed.
If you would like to explore the individual measures, KPIs, and developments in more detail, you can find all relevant information in our Sustainability report 2025.

What makes EcoVadis different
A key differentiator compared to many other assessments lies in its approach: not everything that is done is automatically evaluated, only what can be demonstrated.
This means that measures, processes and policies must be documented, traceable, and verifiable.
For us, this is exactly where the added value lies. EcoVadis creates transparency and supports the systematic advancement of sustainability.

Sustainability as a continuous process
The current rating shows that we are on the right track. At the same time, it is not an endpoint.
We see sustainability as an ongoing process, with the goal of continuously improving structures, increasing transparency and further developing our initiatives.
Or, put simply: it’s not the status that matters, it’s the progress.
